Payment Terms

Accommodation charges are required to be settled on the day of arrival:

  • Cheques must be cleared before your arrival date.
  • A 3.3% surcharge is applicable to AMEX payments.
  • For direct deposit payments, please use the following banking details:
    • BSB: 633 000
    • Account: 189 442 916
    • Include your booking reference number and surname initial to ensure payment is correctly allocated.

Deposit Policy

At Captain’s Cove Waterfront Apartments, your booking is confirmed and guaranteed when you provide your credit card details. No deposit is necessary.

Flexible Arrival And Departure Options

We offer flexible arrival and departure times for your convenience. Contact Reception for early check-in options or to arrange a late check-out until 12 noon.

Changes To Guest Numbers

Please inform reception promptly of any changes in the number of guests in your party. Depending on room capacity, additional guests may be accommodated, subject to applicable fees.

Bedding Configurations And Apartment Preference

Bedding configurations and apartment requests are subject to availability – our team will do their best to accommodate your preferences.

Guest Responsibilities

As part of our commitment to maintaining a pleasant environment for all guests, please be mindful of the following responsibilities during your stay:

  • Guests are responsible for any damage to accommodation items.
  • Apartments must be left clean and orderly.
  • Excessive cleaning may incur a fee.
  • Cleaning of fish or seafood in apartments is strictly prohibited and will result in charges.
  • Pets and smoking are prohibited; evidence of either will result in charges.

House Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following house rules:

  • Captains Cove maintains a peaceful environment and enforces a strict no-party policy.
  • Quiet hours are observed after 10 pm.
  • All apartments are non-smoking.
  • Non-compliance may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Noise complaints should be reported to Reception.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of booking:

  • Flexible bookings can be cancelled or amended up to 2 pm, 72 hours prior to arrival, without charges. Cancellations or amendments within 72 hours incur one night’s accommodation fee.
  • For bookings during peak periods, a 14-day cancellation policy applies.

Pet Policy

While we love pets, please note that they are not allowed in our rooms due to Body Corporate regulations.
